AICAMC has been operational since 2017 and received its legal recognition from the relevant government authority in Benin Republic in 2023.

- To promote research and publication activities in the field of accounting and management consulting home and abroad.
- To promote the development of emerging leaders in the accounting and management consulting profession in Africa and other continents.
- Train world-renowned Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants, regulate and continuously improve their ethical standards and technical skills in public interest.
- Bring together Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants in Africa and other continent of the world under one umbrella.
